In this paper we examine the role of power, interests, and values in the emphasizing, transformation, and deemphasizing of institutional logics. Our work is located in a longitudinal case study that draws on real-time data to investigate the processes of change in a pluralistic institutional environment. Specifically, we examine disjunctures in the creation and implementation of policy designed to address childhood obesity in public schools. |
