Abstract:
It examines the commercial pressures and moral hazard present in commercial franchise relationships and the manner in which they have been regulated overseas. It makes the case for similar regulation in New Zealand addressed at specfic areas of difficulty, for clear definitions and dispute resolution mechanisms to be provided.
