dc.description.abstract	This report provides a review of the literature surrounding the origin and implementation of Alcohol and Other Drug Courts in NZ, followed by a critical analysis of the existing methods used to evaluate AODCs internationally. By synthesising the existing literature, this report highlights the strengths and weaknesses of existing evaluations with the aim of informing the future research of AODCs.	en
