Abstract:
The article examines the implications of Great Britain's exit from the European Union (EU) in 2016. Topics discussed include Great Britain's exit's impact on the EU such as its collective economy, legal foundations, Common Security and Defence Policy, and its political institutions. It concludes that the exit could lead to a period of economic and political uncertainty that may last up to three years but with adjustments and reinvention, EU will survive intact.
