The Future of Māori Planning Lena Henry BPlan (Hons) MPlan(Hons) Papa Pounamu Hui 2017 Kāinga, Kounga, Kaitiakitanga The Future of Urban Planning and Māori is inextricably linked to our past. The Productivity Commission Report and Resource Management Legislation provides for an enhancement of current provisions recognising Māori values, cultural interests and Treaty rights.
