Abstract:
Human resource flexibility (HRF), as a kind of dynamic capability, is an important source for organization to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Considering the current condition that the relevant literatures home and abroad are scattered, the paper aims to summarize systematically the studies of HRF. Specifically, this study clarifies its theoretical basis and concept, disentangles the dimensions and measurements of HRF from three perspectives (content, attribute, integration) and then analyzes the antecedents, consequences and some contingent factors of HRF.
