dc.description.abstract We consider the spectral problem for the adjacency matrix of a graph composed of a compact part with a few semi-infinite periodic leads attached. Based on the spectral properties of the adjacency matrix we develop Lax-Phillips scattering theory for the corresponding discrete wave equation. en
