dc.description.abstract The Special Interest Group “Transferring knowledge for innovation” kindly invites you to join our workshop, which takes place on Tuesday 10th December at 14.30 Room 106. Why choose this workshop? 1) What really happens when knowledge transfer fails? Listen to three case examples of the failure of knowledge transfer from influential and experienced speakers. 2) Consider how a failure-tolerant organizational culture might just be a failure-avoiding mechanism. Join us for a great conversation about real cultural indicators that create an environment where risk-taking and failure are understood and learn how this might avoid failure as a result. 3) From inspiration to reality. This is the second opportunity for you to contribute to the SIG Transferring knowledge for innovation. We aim to establish a community to exchange thoughts, ideas, new tools, and methods to implement knowledge transfer in our day-to-day- business. Be a part of it! en
