dc.description.abstract |
Compact phase-conjugating correlator (PCC) provides a compact and robust correlator design while being compact and insensitive to phase imperfections in the transform optics and spatial light modulator (SLM). This design has been allied to that of the hybrid concept to provide high-speed performance. Study shows that given the levels of noise typically present in SLMs, while mechanical tolerances can be maintained, hybrid PCCs make excellent high speed correlation systems. |
