The crystal structure o f the title compound has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The two terminal tings have chair conformations, while the central ring is disordered between distorted boat and chair structures. The three O atoms have a cis configuration, confirming the similarity of this compound to certain antibiotic ionophores. |
