As Ruokonen and Ritala make clear in their recent article “Getting the ‘Why, What, and How’ Right About Your Metaverse Strategy” published in Research-Technology Management (RTM), for innovation leaders the question seems no longer if but why, what, and how to harness the metaverse’s potential to stay competitive and future-proof their operations.
