Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua: A case study of how Māori organisations support older workers

Abstract

This report sets out a case study of a Māori organisation - Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua - and its approach to supporting older workers. The case study is part of a long running research programme at Massey University studying health, work, retirement, and ageing in the New Zealand population, with a particular focus on older workers.
